INCREASING ACCOUNTABILITY
Until recently the required accountability reporting and day-to-day job control could be achieved only by sourcing non-linking internal systems. However, as the company grew both in size and client base there was an increasing need for management to have a more timely overview of the operation and more importantly control costs more effectively. They needed to „automate“ procedures to report how much time was being spent by everyone involved on every job in order to confirm and justify fees and time that was being allocated to different clients and other activities. To collate and analyse the data manually became prohibitive.

Now six months after implementation, PROAD is already offering the company’s management team a quick return on investment. Clients don’t like surprises and nor do agency managers, so being able to flag additional costs or provide alternatives before it is too late is very important. Real time analysis has allowed M&C SAATCHI, Thailand to more effectively monitor and control both new and on-going projects.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT SOFTWARE
Having researched other solutions available, the final decision was not taken lightly. A lot of consideration went into choosing the right software and provider at the outset.
