My Tray
Every employee will have their own digital 'in-tray'. This shows a list of user defined shortcuts to jobs, clients and projects that are ongoing at any one point. Linked to every shortcut are the timesheets, records, PO’s, invoices and any other information that relates to each project and client within PROAD Software.
The real benefit of „My Tray“ is that nothing can get overlooked or forgotten about because every project will be listed. When any employee first logs on to PROAD Software in the morning they will see all their active jobs, clients and links. Meaning that everything is ready to go and the employee always has a dynamic overview of all projects in hand.
